Celebrity Cruises in summer 2010 will operate cruises to Bermuda, Canada and New England from Cape Liberty (Bayonne), N.J. The seven-night voyages, which depart on Sundays, opened for sale March 5. Several longer voyages are available at the end of the season. The cruises will be operated by the 2,038-guest Celebrity Summit.
From April to mid-June, Summit will sail seven-night Bermuda and Bermuda/New England voyages. The Bermuda sailings feature three days and two nights in King’s Wharf. Though the Bermuda/New England sailings vary by sailing date, they include two days and one night in King’s Wharf, as well as visits to Newport, R.I., and Boston. The season marks the first time Celebrity has visited Bermuda since 2006.
Celebrity’s first-ever seven-night Canada/New England sailings will take place throughout July and August. The itinerary includes stops in Saint John, New Brunswick; Halifax, Nova Scotia; and Portland and Bar Harbor, Maine. In September and October, Celebrity will offer its standard 14-night cruises in the region, offering an overnight stay in Quebec City as well as visits to ports in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
